Draft your List

“Prioritize Your List” – Prioritize tasks by tackling the important topic on your list. The goal is be as productive by the tasks as possible. If you are a morning person start with biggest thing right off the bat.

Have Block Time

“Make Blocks of Time” – It will end up more productive time to your other tasks and just write things down and hoping for the best. Always allow a small break between tasks to clear your mind and recharge your battery.

Start Planning

“Plan Ahead” – There should be a balance of time in every day. On days where you may not have any immediate work you should look to tackle any long term projects you may have. Every investor should have a colander that they can reference at any time. Use this to help plan ahead and become more organized with your long term tasks.

Assign Someone of the Team

“Delegate” –  One of the biggest time eaters for anyone in business is doing everything on your own. At some point you need to let go and trust the people around you.  With everything you do you need to ask where is your time best spent.

Equal the Work

“Balance” – It is helpful if you always work towards gaining more free time to spend how you like. Hard work is important in real estate. One of the secrets to maximizing your time is in finding a good work/life balance.
